By signing up with Guide to Imbibe, you agree to serve a Buy One, Get One Drink Free deal in the DMV book, or the discount your venue submits for the NoVA-MD book, as printed in the final Guides. As these are determined by you, the venue, at the time of signing up, the expectation is you manage your beverage program accordingly to complete the deal as presented for the guest. All deals must abide by state and federal law.

By submitting your application, you are signing with full agreement from all managers, owners, or other parties with a financial say.

You are agreeing to participate through the dates stated in the Guide. The Summer 2024 Guide will be valid from May 25th, 2024 - December 31st, 2024.

Deals are not valid with any other offers unless the venue chooses to do so. Language is provided in the Guide that provides a resource for staff to assist patrons accordingly.

Patrons are allowed to order the deal for themselves, or to share with another person of their choosing.

Venues have the right to turn away any guest who presents themself outside accordance with local and state law and expectations. Guide users must be 21 or up to receive the drink deal.
